1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product
- Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
- Customized or altered products
- Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear & tear
3. Reasons Accepted for Return
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Size mismatch (subject to stock availability)
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged product received
Note: Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for return
- Our support team will review and approve the request
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse shipping charges
- If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
6. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests
