Refund and Returns Policy

At Parama Fashionz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
  • Customized or altered products
  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear & tear

3. Reasons Accepted for Return

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size mismatch (subject to stock availability)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged product received

Note: Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for return
  3. Our support team will review and approve the request
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse shipping charges
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs

6. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.


7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests
